Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 1 pm IST usually get delivered within 4~6 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm IST usually get delivered within 4~7 business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

The items may ship in the manufacturer’s container to reduce packaging. 

Our Shipping Partners are Xpressbees and Pickrr to facilitate Shipping across India.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For COD orders there is an additional shipping fee of 60₹.

The shipping return fee of 75₹ will be applicable to the customer in case of returns.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages

https://www.fitmaxstore.com/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If you received a defective product we will exchange the product on a return basis free of cost.

In case of a damaged product, we don’t charge a return shipping fee. You will get a 100% refund for your order if you don’t want a replacement.

In any other case, shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, until and unless we agree to refund the shipping cost as well.

  4. Authorized Confirmation: By choosing the COD option, you explicitly authorize us to contact you for order confirmation purposes. This step is essential to prevent any unauthorized transactions and ensure the accuracy of your order.

Note: Failure to respond to our confirmation call may result in order cancellation. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter as it helps maintain the security and integrity of our COD transactions.
